"Coach, you're on the clock" Part III - Frank Martin

This isn't what people expect from Frank Martin.

As Frank Martin enters his fifth season as Kansas State men’s basketball head coach, most folks have developed a sense of what to expect.

The Stare. 20-win seasons. The stomps. NCAA tournaments. The yells. A high-profile program.

People expect those things, all of them, because they have been true since Martin took over K-State for Bob Huggins, his mentor, who stayed in Manhattan for a single season.  “What to expect” is borne from what the coach believes is the single most important aspect to building a program: consistency.
