Revisiting Gary Williams' words about Dalonte Hill

While browsing through comments made about Mark Turgeon's Maryland press conference earlier today, I came across one in particular that struck a particular chord with me.

Chris Knoche, the color analyst for Terrapins radio, made the suggestion that the "old-school" attitude has been replaced by someone much more "approachable."

I smiled a little because it made me think back to comments Williams made only two years ago regarding Kansas State associate head coach Dalonte Hill and Hill's contract.  Hill gave me his take on Williams' words, which basically came down to - Hill asked about Maryland. Maryland didn't want Hill. Hill moved on. Maryland later tried to say it couldn't compete.

Kansas State head men's basketball coach Frank Martin has officially jumped into the Twitter pool. Personally,  I think it's a great move anytime anyone joins Twitter - there are just too many positives not to take part in the free marketing and information sharing platform.
